Pole barns and pole sheds, barndominiums, post frame buildings, machine sheds and farm buildings, horse barns and riding arenas, detached garages and shops, metal buildings and commercial pole buildings, plus the excavation and site prep under them.

Almost always for a barndominium or any building people live or work in, and usually for garages and shops: zoning and permits come from the city of Cosmos inside city limits, or the township and county outside them. Some farm buildings on agricultural land can be exempt from the building permit, but setbacks and shoreland rules still apply. We handle the drawings, the permit and the inspections.

We build anywhere within 100 miles of Cannon Falls, MN: the Twin Cities metro, southern and southeast Minnesota, western Wisconsin and northern Iowa.
