Using this website
By using https://minnesotabarnbuilders.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided by Olson Built and Excavating for information and to request estimates.
Estimates
Requesting a quote does not create a contract. Pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Final scope, schedule and price are set in your written agreement with us.
Website content
Photos labeled as our crew's work show our own builds; other photos show the type of building described and are not our projects. Content is for general information and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the website. Work we perform is governed by your written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
